Registered patrons of the Hong Kong Public Libraries may select to receive library notices through e-mail. If you are interested in using this new service, you may now login to your 'Borrower's Record' through the Libraries' Homepage or by clicking the link below to register for this service:
Steps for Registration

Select [Borrower Record] from the Main Menu of Hong Kong Public Libraries' homepage

Select Borrower Record

Enter your Library Card Number or Hong Kong ID Card Number *

Enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number) or the last four digits of your home telephone number, then click [Log In]

Select [E-mail Notice Registration]

Read the 'Conditions of Use' for the E-mail Notification Service carefully and click the [Accept] button if you wish to proceed. Click the [Cancel] button if you do not agree to any of the conditions or do not wish to proceed further.

Enter your e-mail address in the box provided

Check the [Yes] box to accept receiving library notices through e-mail #

Click the [Update] button

Select [Exit] to end the registration process
After successful completion of the registration process, you will then be able to receive the following types of library notices by e-mail :

Updating your 'E-mail Notification Status' to 'Yes' means that you wish to receive library notices by e-mail and agree to all the 'Conditions of Use' for the E-mail Notification Service of Hong Kong Public Libraries
